Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 7, 2026

In short: cancel your subscription anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Crowdfunding pledges are refunded in full if a campaign doesn't reach its goal.

1. Subscriptions (Founder Pro / Investor plans)

  • Billing — paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor.
  • Cancel anytime — you can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; it is not renewed afterwards.
  • Refunds — monthly fees already charged are non-refundable for the current period, except where required by law or in cases of a proven duplicate or erroneous charge.
  • Free trial — the 14-day Pro trial requires no payment and converts to the Free plan automatically if you don't subscribe. You are never charged for a trial.
  • Duplicate / wrong charge — contact toryod.group@gmail.com within 30 days and we will investigate and refund any verified error.

2. Crowdfunding pledges

  • Crowdfunding on TorYod is reward-based (not equity or securities).
  • If a campaign does not reach its goal by its end date, all pledges are refunded in full.
  • If a campaign succeeds, pledges are final, and the reward is fulfilled by the business creator — not by TorYod.
  • TorYod is a platform, not a party to the campaign; disputes over reward fulfilment are between the backer and the creator. We will help facilitate communication where we can.

3. Marketplace transactions

TorYod is a venue to discover and connect about businesses, ideas, and digital assets. Any purchase, sale, or transfer happens directly between the buyer and seller, off-platform. TorYod does not hold funds, act as escrow, or process those payments, and therefore does not issue refunds for marketplace deals. Buyers and sellers should agree refund terms between themselves.

4. How to request a refund

Email toryod.group@gmail.com with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
